Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom fit kits or specialty items may require additional processing time. You’ll be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within the United States.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours of shipment, feel free to contact us.

Local Delivery / Pickup

If offered, local delivery or pickup options will appear at checkout. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

Shipping Issues

  • Fitted by Kayla is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
